RN - In-Patient - Full Time - Nights - Portland

About The Position
The In-Patient Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team. The RN admits patients and coordinates appropriate care for each patient and family. This is a full-time night position in the Portland area, with rotating weekly schedules and 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of Texas.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Clean background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN.
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health.
Responsibilities
- Admit patients.
- Coordinate appropriate care for each patient and family.
- Conduct patient assessments.
- Manage patient discharges.
- Make pronouncements.
