In-Market Driver-Short Term
About The Position
Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking an In-Market Driver for a short-term role. This position involves driving a food truck to and from events, managing event sites at Stop & Shop store parking lots and local community events, and distributing samples of non-alcoholic beverages or pre-packaged food items. Light cooking may also be required depending on participating suppliers. The role requires travel to event locations in RI, CT, MA, NY, and NJ, including overnight stays for multiple consecutive nights to execute events. Requirements
- Must be conveniently located to Freetown, MA (where the truck is based)
- Willingness to travel to event locations in RI, CT, MA, NY, NJ
- Willingness to undertake overnight travel, potentially for multiple consecutive nights
Responsibilities
- Drive food truck to/from events
- Manage event site in parking lot of Stop & Shop stores and at some local community events
- Distribute samples to consumers (most items will be non-alcoholic beverages or pre-packed food items)
- Perform light cooking as needed (TBD based on participating suppliers)
