About The Position

This is an in-person role located in San Antonio, TX. Please note, this production-based position receives an hourly base + commission and bonuses offered. Up to $2K Sign-On Bonus Potential. Up to $2,000 sign on bonus potential with 1 year of Timeshare Experience ($1,000 paid after training, $1,000 paid after six months of employment). Up to $1,000 sign on bonus potential with no Timeshare Experience ($500 paid after training, $500 paid after six months of Employment). Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus. As a Coordinator Marketing In House, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Requirements

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
