About The Position
Experienced In-House Timeshare Sales Representative Location: Cocoa Beach, Florida. Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing companies in the vacation ownership industry, and we're looking for experienced In-House Sales Representatives to join our Cocoa Beach team. As an In-House Sales Representative, you'll meet with existing owners to present personalized vacation ownership solutions, strengthen customer relationships, and help owners maximize the value of their membership while achieving outstanding sales results.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License (Required)
- Previous Vacation Ownership In-House Sales experience (Required)
- Proven closing ability with a track record of consistent sales performance
- Strong closing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
