About The Position

Exploria Resorts is seeking an accomplished In-House Sales Representative to join their award-winning team. This role involves serving the vacation ownership and hospitality industry for over 25 years. The In-House Sales Executive is responsible for customer servicing, updating, and providing various sales options to Exploria LLC Vacation Club members. The primary duties are to discover the Owner’s needs & interests and create a want/need to update their membership with Exploria LLC. This includes conducting a 60-minute presentation with owners and presenting Club Exploria products in a manner to create a sale.

Requirements

FL Real Estate License is required
2 years of In-House Timeshare Sales experience is required.
Maintain required VPG and closing %
Professional, neat appearance
Positive attitude/Team player
Proper conduct at all times
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
