To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Valid Real Estate License in good standing with the state of Florida Preferred Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or vacation ownership industries Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record. Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays. Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet all compensation plan goals. Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking). High School diploma or equivalent. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Our sales professionals focus on relationship building as they provide our guests the opportunity to purchase world class destinations.
• This position allows you to meet with our guests face to face, invest time in rapport building, tour our magnificent resort & amenities, and ask them to become a part of our family by purchasing today with Hilton Grand Vacations
• No Lead Generation/Pre-qualified buyers who are pre-screened to attend appointment-only presentations.
• Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
• Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing
• Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.
• Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.e: email, telephone, and written correspondence)
• Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV.
• Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
• Attend one of HGVC’s sales training sessions every week.
• Perform all other reasonable requests by management.
