Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Vacation Ownership Sales experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of timeshare industry.
  • Knowledgeable and competent in completing paperwork pertaining to vacation ownership properties.
  • Knowledge of and skilled in negotiation and sales techniques.
  • Basic working knowledge of RCI, I.C.E Gallery and II products & services.
  • Ability to exude confidence, while being professional and courteous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner using tact, patience and courtesy; both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, employees, and management.
  • Ability to provide strong attention to detail and problem solve.
  • Ability to deal with guests and owners in an expedient and professional manner, especially in difficult or stressful situations.
  • Ability to exhibit a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure of deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
  • Ability to multi-task using excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to set goals and objectives.
  • Ability to listen, comprehend, interpret, and apply directives.

Responsibilities

  • Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable of King’s Creek units and property.
  • Present cottages and homes to potential owners.
  • Give tours to prospective clients on continual basis throughout workday.
  • Answer guests’ questions in timely and responsive manner.
  • Identify and close purchases of products and services provided by King’s Creek.
  • Sell vacation ownership via face-to-face interaction in professional and ethical manner.
  • Determine prospective purchaser’s needs and interests while creating a desire in purchasing vacation ownership with KC.
  • Generate and develop new and existing clients for KC.
  • Identify revenue opportunities with customers through communications, programs and other activities.
  • Provide superior customer service to all guests and owners.
  • Attend trainings as necessary for success and as required by management.
  • Maintain a VPG at or above 1550.
  • Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner
