Join The Hilton Team and Shape the Future of Timeshare Sales As a Remote In House Sales Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture. Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers. This is not a traditional Sales Executive position—this is a Technology Sales Executive role. All candidates must be proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment. Our team utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and various proprietary programs. Candidates must be able to: Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of our onboarding and training process
