Sales Executive In House
About The Position
Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of In‑House Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Waikoloa, Hawaii. Qualified candidates may be eligible for Relocation Assistance to Honolulu, as well as Day One benefits, Real Estate Licensing reimbursement, and/or Sign‑On bonuses, subject to company policy and eligibility requirements. The In‑House Sales Executive is responsible for presenting Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to existing Owners and prospective Owners, with the objective of generating maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional, ethical, and compliant representation of the company.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a guest‑focused, sales‑driven environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Hawaii Real Estate License (licensing support available).
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to current Owners and potential Owners.
- Build and maintain professional relationships while delivering a consistent, high‑quality sales experience.
- Achieve individual sales goals in alignment with departmental and company objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including Hawaii real estate licensing requirements.
- Accurately complete all required sales documentation and adhere to established operational procedures.
- Participate in required training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
- Represent Hilton Grand Vacations in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
