About The Position

Success Mortgage is seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with high-producing real estate agents through local partnerships, providing access to agents' meetings, events, and marketing. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass national licensing exam (or hold current license)
• NMLS license in at least one of these states: VA, MD, WV, DC DE, PA, FL, TX
• General financial industry experience
• Strong computer background with 1 to 2 years' experience in mortgage software

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years as a Loan Officer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with top-performing real estate agents.
• Utilize leads provided by the company to close additional loans.
• Build relationships with new agents for future referral business.
• Offer a wide range of loan products with competitive rates.
• Process QM, NON QM, HELOC, and reverse mortgages.
• Utilize CRM and marketing tools to promote oneself and co-brand with agents.

• Work from home or in the office with agents.
