Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass national licensing exam (or hold current license)
NMLS license in at least one of these states: VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX
General financial industry experience
Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work
Strong computer background with 1 to 2 years' experience in mortgage software

Responsibilities

Work directly with top-performing agents, attending their meetings, events, and marketing activities.
Utilize high-quality leads from 40 different lead companies to close additional loans (aiming for 2-3 loans per month from leads).
Build relationships with new agents for future referral business.
Offer a wide range of loan products with competitive rates, including QM, NON QM, HELOC, and reverse mortgages.
Utilize state-of-the-art CRM and marketing tools for self-promotion and co-branding with agents.
Leverage the LOS system for quick and easy loan processing.
Close loans quickly and efficiently through the company's streamlined system.
Work from anywhere, with flexible options for in-office or remote work.
