Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate at all organizational levels.
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Knowledge of the timeshare industry and customer service fundamentals is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Call assigned leads and connect with guests during their stay to schedule In-Tours/FL-Tours.
- Work shifts at Resort Check-In, engaging with owners/guests to book them for presentations.
- Achieve and surpass performance metrics while contributing to team success.
- Complete and submit daily and weekly reports to the In-House Marketing Manager.
- Assist with additional duties and company initiatives as assigned.
