About The Position

Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, provides an amazing work environment with refreshing mountain breezes and spectacular views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. Requirements

  • Must have a Bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Must be computer literate
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all Guest checking into the Resort Lobby with an Energetic and Welcoming Smile
  • Direct them to where they need to check in and able to answer any questions about the Resort
  • Assist other sales departments as needed.
