About The Position

The In House Director of Sales will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Sales in planning, directing, while providing the leadership necessary to deal with the short term and long term business objectives for In House business for a specific site and/or sales center for HGV. In addition this position will be responsible for providing guidance, direction, and accountability in producing the expected performance while constantly striving to maintain a positive work environment for all employees within all departments.

Requirements

  • Experience commensurate with base salary starting at $85,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Vice President of Sales in planning and directing In House business objectives for a specific site and/or sales center.
  • Providing leadership for short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Guiding, directing, and holding accountable sales teams for expected performance.
  • Striving to maintain a positive work environment for all employees within all departments.
