About The Position
ImagineArt is seeking a Content Creator to work directly with its founders to capture and produce short-form content that tells the story of the company. This role involves documenting behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, milestones, and daily life, and transforming these into engaging content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The creator will manage the entire content pipeline from ideation to publication, with direct access to founders and no approval chains.
Requirements
- Fresh grads creating content for creators, founders, startups, or brands
- Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Deep understanding of Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and platform-specific trends
- Ability to take content from concept to publication independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience building a personal audience or creator brand
- Experience with founder-led or startup-focused content
- Knowledge of AI products and the GenAI ecosystem
- Photography skills
- Experience creating viral or high-growth social content
Responsibilities
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage from founder's life, product launches, events, and meetings
- Help founders build authentic, engaging personal brands
- Manage in-house podcast setup
- Develop recurring content formats that showcase ImagineArt's people, culture, and products
- Experiment with new ideas and iterate quickly based on performance
