About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian in the SeaTac, WA area, including Tacoma, Auburn, Puyallup, Kent, Federal Way, Renton, and surrounding areas. This role offers an alternative to traditional in-clinic practice, focusing on compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families. As a mobile veterinarian, you will have a flexible schedule, with an average of 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day, allowing for more meaningful interactions and less paperwork. You will join a community of over 400 veterinarians and support professionals, with ongoing training, mentorship, and support from practice managers and a 24/7 Support Center. This position emphasizes work-life balance and professional fulfillment.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
Valid U.S. driver's license
Availability to work some weekends
Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
Must pass a background and motor vehicle record check post-hire and before start date.
