Requirements

• Must hold a license eligible Master’s degree in human services field
• Must have reliable transportation to travel within our catchment area
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, community resources, and child/family-serving systems

Nice To Haves

• Spanish bilingual skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

Responsibilities

• Engage youth and families in family therapy
• Assess and diagnose with DSM-5 diagnoses
• Educate families and other team members on diagnoses and clinical needs as indicated
• Value and demonstrate the ability to work with individuals of various backgrounds
• Explore family culture
• Lead discussions about cultural differences and how they may impact the work
