About The Position
Northeast Family Services is hiring Clinicians throughout Massachusetts to join our growing team. The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. This role offers bilingual opportunities and full-time or Fee-For-Service (FFS) hours. The agency also offers a 4-day work week, providing a 3-day weekend every weekend, and a summer schedule with early Friday closures from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
- One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
Nice To Haves
- One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
