About The Position

Northeast Family Services is hiring Clinicians throughout Massachusetts to join our growing team. The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. This role offers bilingual opportunities and both Full Time or Fee-For-Service (FFS) hours. The agency also offers a 4-day work week, providing a 3-day weekend every weekend, and has implemented 'Summer Fun Fridays' where the office closes at 12:30 PM every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Nice To Haves

• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
