About The Position

Caring Family Community Services, a family-owned and operated in-home counseling provider founded in 2003, is seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-home therapy to children with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges and their families. The organization also works with DCPP, providing clinicians to children, families, and adults involved with the agency. Clinicians set their own schedules, with flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend scheduling. Part-time to full-time hours are available, and clinical supervision toward licensure is offered. Caring Family hires clinicians as employees rather than contractors and provides support such as tax withholding, payment of a portion of taxes, and liability insurance. The organization continues to hire during the pandemic and states that it follows CDC and local health department recommendations, with safety as a priority. After hire, clinicians receive monthly supervision and 24/7 supervisory support, along with a flexible caseload within a reasonable distance from home.
