About The Position

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join their growing team. They provide in-home care, build meaningful relationships, offer peace of mind to families, and help clients live safely and confidently in their homes. They serve clients throughout the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. The role involves helping seniors and vulnerable adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, offering companionship, building trust, and becoming an important part of someone's daily life.

Requirements

• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.
