About The Position
Friendship Centers of Emmet County is hiring a compassionate, dependable In-Home Support Aide to help older adults remain safe and independent in their own homes. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour. Additional training is provided.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and compassionate.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide light-duty housekeeping and household assistance.
- Assist clients with personal care.
- Provide respite care for family caregivers.
- Support clients’ independence and well-being.
