About The Position
Happier At Home is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors throughout Northeast Iowa. This part-time role focuses on helping seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent while fostering meaningful one-on-one relationships and bringing joy to their days. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a real impact in the community.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year caregiver experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care for seniors.
- Help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent.
- Share smiles, stories, and companionship with seniors.
