This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences. We’re looking for In-Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone starting their career, who enjoys talking to people and wants hands-on sales experience. As In-Home Sales & Tech Support, you’ll be on the front lines helping customers through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. You’ll start with paid training to prepare you to work independently in the field. You’ll learn our products and gain hands-on sales experience while building skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Ongoing coaching and mentoring will support your growth and help you stay confident and tech-savvy. In the field, you’ll consistently put the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model into action by: Serving customers by meeting them in-home, in-office, or wherever they are, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Solving customer tech issues by utilizing expertise to address and resolve problems, ensuring customers leave with a resolution and a product that addresses their future tech needs. Selling by leveraging Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions, identifying customer needs, and positioning products uniquely to meet those needs using strong negotiation and communication skills.
