This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences. The role is entry-level and ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands-on sales experience. As In-Home Sales & Tech Support, you’ll be on the front lines helping customers through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. You’ll start with paid training to prepare you to work independently in the field. You’ll learn our products and gain hands-on sales experience while building skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Ongoing coaching and mentoring will support your growth and help you stay confident and tech-savvy. In the field, you’ll consistently put the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model into action by meeting customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are, providing exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customers’ tech issues, ensuring customers leave with a resolution that works and a product that addresses their future tech needs, leveraging Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions, listening actively to identify customer needs and positioning products uniquely to meet those needs, and using strong negotiation and communications skills.
