About The Position

Universal Windows Direct is seeking motivated and driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join their rapidly growing team. This role offers a path to significant income, with top representatives earning over $150K annually. The company provides pre-set, qualified appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling. The position involves conducting in-home sales presentations, identifying customer needs, and closing sales. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to learn product lines are required. Previous experience in sales, commission-based roles, or customer service is favorable. The role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs for sample windows.

Requirements

Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
