About The Position
Ram Jack Foundation Solutions is seeking an energetic and customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners address foundation and waterproofing concerns. This is a full-time W-2 opportunity featuring strong commission earnings, company-generated leads, and the ability to build additional referral-based business. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction sales, home services sales, or in-home sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable using mobile applications and sales technology
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel to appointments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Foundation repair or waterproofing sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
- Perform foundation evaluations and prepare proposals using company software and tools
- Follow established sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and closing strategies
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Secure deposits and coordinate with operations and production teams
- Generate additional opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts
- Represent the Ram Jack brand professionally at all times
