About The Position

As a Project Consultant, you’ll represent the nation’s leading name in premium replacement windows and doors. Our clients are homeowners who value quality, design, and performance, and they expect a sales experience that matches the caliber of the products we deliver. Training is paid, benefits included, and best of all - leads are provided. No more door to door or cold calls - ever. We currently have more leads then our reps can handle! You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services. You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale. Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 40-60 pounds and extended periods of walking or standing

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners (appointments provided – no cold calling).
• Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
• Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
• Average annual earnings of over $150k with uncapped earning potential.
