The company provides all leads and pre-set, qualified in-home appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking. Requirements

• Proven in-home sales experience
• Confident, motivated, and coachable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during pre-set appointments
• Present and sell bath remodeling solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend options
• Build trust and close sales
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
