About The Position

APEX Windows & Bath is seeking experienced, professional Sales Representatives who excel at connecting with homeowners, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. The core business involves Baths and Windows. APEX is the largest Glass Dealer in the U.S. Southwest and has been a low-price leader for over 30 years. This role involves running professional in-home consultations for company-generated, pre-set appointments with interested homeowners, focusing on bath and shower remodeling, tub-to-shower conversions, and replacement windows.

Requirements

• Experience in in-home remodeling sales.
• Experience in bath or window sales.
• Experience in one-call-close environments.
• Experience in high-ticket consumer sales and financing.
• Comfortable building rapport.
• Comfortable asking good questions.
• Comfortable understanding what homeowners really want.
• Comfortable presenting solutions.
