If you have experience selling home improvement products such as bathrooms, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, or other high-ticket solutions, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of Clear Choice Remodeling, meeting with qualified homeowners to understand their needs, present customized solutions, and guide them through the remodeling process. This outside sales position gives you the opportunity to use advanced technology, create professional presentations, and provide homeowners with solutions that improve their living spaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-home sales or high-ticket sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with homeowners.
- Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
- Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized designs.
- Present bath remodeling and window solutions based on customer needs.
- Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
- Maintain customer information and follow company sales processes.
- Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your skills and maximize performance.
