Our inside team handles the scheduling — you focus on closing deals and making money. You’ll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.

Requirements

• Proven B2C sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Strong closing ability in a short sales cycle
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners across the Tucson area (pre-set appointments)
• Build trust quickly and identify customer needs
• Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions
• Explain financing options and close the deal
• Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams
