Requirements
- 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience required.
- Demonstrated closing ability with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, professional, and customer-focused.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Home improvement, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, or construction sales experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with qualified homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
- Evaluate customers' remodeling needs and recommend customized bathroom solutions.
- Present products, pricing, financing options, and project details.
- Build trust and guide homeowners through the buying process.
- Close sales during the consultation whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.
