About The Position

Apex Energy Solutions is seeking Sales Partners to join their local and National sales team, offering unlimited commissions based on performance. Apex has experienced rapid growth due to its successful business model and an educational, consultative approach to sales. The company operates in over 12 markets nationwide and is looking for passionate, entrepreneurial-driven candidates with strong communication skills, an aptitude for creative solutions, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment. The role requires residential in-home sales experience, with Apex offering commission rates well above the industry standard and a favorable work-life balance compared to industry norms. Additionally, there is less travel involved than in typical in-home sales positions. Apex Energy Solutions provides homeowners with high-quality windows and siding that meet or exceed energy efficiency and sustainability standards, complemented by expert installation and customer support.

Requirements

  • In-Home Sales Required (Window Sales Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • iPhone PREFERRED for software compatibility

  • Associate Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales teams for your territory using the Apex System.
  • Travel to homes based on warm or self-generated leads.
  • Build relationships, demo products, and close sales using the Apex System.
  • Lead from the front by recruiting and developing Junior Sales Partners.
  • Sell and manage your own customer portfolio.
  • Work closely with Apex’s Master-Installation teams to ensure Apex protocols are followed.
  • Report to the Managing Senior Partner.
