About The Position
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present custom bath solutions that fit their needs and vision. This is a high-energy outside sales role where you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver an engaging, consultative sales experience. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential—top performers earn $150,000+ annually.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based system
- Design customized bath solutions using easy-to-use digital tools
- Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through product selections
- Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently
- Participate in weekly sales training to enhance performance and skills
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed
