About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified leads and help homeowners design and purchase bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs. This is an outside sales role using innovative technology to present and close sales in the home.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable presenting and closing sales in a home environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in the bath remodeling or home improvement industry is a strong plus
• Candidates with prior experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, or similar industries are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system
• Design customized bath solutions for homeowners
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales on-site
• Attend weekly training and coaching sessions
