About The Position
In-Home Sales Representative (Pre-Qualified Leads | $125K–$250K+ Potential) at Legacy Design & Remodeling. This is a full-time, commission-based role serving Middle River, Baltimore County, and surrounding Maryland communities. The company specializes in bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, roofing, and siding. Legacy Design & Remodeling is seeking driven, high-performing sales professionals who can leverage a proven system, strong marketing support, and significant income potential. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized remodeling solutions in a consultative sales role, managing the entire process from design to close within a single appointment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-home sales or outside sales (home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Results-driven and money-motivated mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Professional appearance and outgoing personality
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Responsibilities
- Run pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments (no cold calling)
- Deliver professional, high-energy sales presentations
- Use our iPad-based system to design and present solutions
- Build trust, overcome objections, and close deals on the spot
- Manage your pipeline and maximize every opportunity
