About The Position
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This outside sales role uses modern technology to design, present, and sell products directly in the customer’s home.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and local availability required
- Confident presenting in a one-on-one in-home environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
Nice To Haves
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred
- Home remodeling experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system
- Design customized bath solutions using proprietary software
- Present pricing options and close sales consistently
- Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and development
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
