Carroll Water, a locally owned company established in 1983, specializes in water treatment solutions for homeowners. We are expanding and seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a consultative sales setting and prefer working with pre-qualified, company-provided leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. The representative will meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments, assess water quality issues, propose solutions, and sell water treatment systems. Building trust and ensuring a high-quality customer experience are key aspects of this position. The role involves managing and following up on leads generated by the marketing team, with pre-set appointments provided and no prospecting required. The typical workload includes 40-50 appointments per month, with availability required for evenings and Saturdays. No Sunday appointments are scheduled.
