About The Position
Universal Windows Direct is seeking motivated and driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join their rapidly growing team. This role offers a path to significant income, with top performers earning over $150K annually. The company provides pre-set, qualified appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
- Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
- A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
- The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
- NEED TO BE ABLE TO LIFT 40 LBS (SAMPLE WINDOWS)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
- Identify customer needs / wants and utlize UWD's proven sales presentation
- Negotiate and close the sale
