About The Position
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through customized bath remodeling solutions. This is a commission-based, outside sales role where you’ll use company-provided technology to design, present, and close sales in customers’ homes.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence presenting and closing in a face-to-face environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred
- Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Design personalized bath solutions using our software
- Provide pricing and close sales during appointments
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance sales skills
