About The Position

Miller Home Renovation is seeking a driven and professional In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners across their service territory. This is an outside sales role focused on delivering in-home consultations, presenting tailored remodeling solutions, and closing sales using industry-leading tools and technology. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment and want to maximize their earning potential.

Requirements

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory

Nice To Haves

• Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
• Deliver engaging sales presentations using iPad-based tools
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions
• Present pricing and financing options clearly and confidently
• Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
• Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
