About The Position

Quality Craftsmen is a rapidly growing acrylic bath remodeling company specializing in stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath solutions. We help homeowners create beautiful and functional spaces, including accessibility-focused options, while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. We are looking for motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a full-time outside sales position where you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. Our team handles the marketing and qualification process, allowing you to focus on building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales. From order processing to post-sale support, our team is here to help you succeed.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident presentation and public speaking abilities.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or bath remodeling is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and understand their remodeling needs.
Design customized bath solutions using our software.
Present pricing and financing options.
Close sales and achieve performance goals.
Participate in weekly sales training and coaching.
Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion.
