About The Position

Universal Windows Direct is seeking motivated and driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This role offers a path to earning over $150K with a $5,000 training salary, uncapped commission, and daily hot leads with no cold calling. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
• NEED TO BE ABLE TO LIFT 40 LBS (SAMPLE WINDOWS)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and utilize UWD's proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale
