In-Home Sales Representative
About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven, competitive individuals to join their team as In-Home Sales Representatives. This role offers the opportunity to build a six-figure career with unlimited earning potential, with average first-year earnings ranging from $150K-$200K and top performers earning over $300K. As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, present financing options, and close high-ticket sales. The company emphasizes delivering 'A Different Experience' for homeowners and is recognized as one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the nation.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
