About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing customized bath remodeling solutions. This is a high-performance outside sales role where you will use advanced technology to design, present, and close deals in the home.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in home improvement or in-home sales is highly preferred
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confident presenter with strong objection-handling skills
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building ability

Nice To Haves

• Background in bathroom remodeling, construction, or similar industries is a plus
