About The Position

The Basic Bathroom Company is redefining bath remodeling with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance solutions, including accessibility options. They are known for high-quality craftsmanship and are seeking motivated individuals to expand their reach in Central Jersey. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the company's representative, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design bath solutions. This is an outside sales role utilizing technology to present and close deals in customers' homes.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred
• Background in home improvement or remodeling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Design customized bath solutions using our software tools
• Provide pricing and close sales during appointments
• Participate in weekly training sessions to improve performance
