About The Position

MOLLY MAID is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative / Estimator to meet with customers in their homes, provide cleaning estimates, and help them choose the right service for their needs. This is a full-time weekday position with paid training, a company vehicle during work hours, and a consistent schedule you can count on. We provide warm leads — no cold calling. This is a structured weekday role with predictable hours, paid training, and a supportive team. You’ll be meeting real customers in their homes, providing helpful solutions, and working a consistent schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and smartphone skills

Nice To Haves

• Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes to provide estimates
• Explain pricing and service options clearly and professionally
• Follow a simple, proven sales process
• Follow up on open estimates and customer questions
• Work with the office team to ensure a smooth customer experience
