About The Position
Fusion Plumbing and Air is seeking a highly motivated and experienced In Home Sales Representative to join our team! This role requires meeting and exceeding client expectations for service, meeting predetermined goals for efficiency and quality, and possessing superior communication skills with customers to qualify wants and needs. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image, have prior field sales experience, and be a dependable self-starter motivated to succeed. Providing exceptional customer service, possessing leadership qualities, and enjoying teamwork are also key aspects of this position. The role also requires a willingness to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives, and availability to work rotating nights/weekends. The ideal candidate is empathetic, a people-pleaser, and is goal and results-driven.
Requirements
- MUST have sales experience in Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical sales
- Prior field sales experience
- Dependable self-starter and motivated to succeed
- Possess leadership qualities and enjoy working with a team
- Want to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
- Available to work rotating nights/weekends
