About The Position

Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay is hiring in Sarasota and seeking top closers who are ready for consistent opportunity and high income. We have invested heavily in marketing and are generating more appointments than we can currently run. We are selectively adding sales professionals who can step in and produce. This role offers full calendars of pre-set appointments, a one-call close environment, a strong brand, and high-demand product. Expect uncapped earnings of $150K–$250K+ annually (commission-based) as a W2 employee with full benefits. We expect you to run appointments daily, control the sale from start to finish, maintain a strong closing percentage, and represent the company at a high level. This position is ideal for someone confident in their ability to close, who wants to eliminate downtime and inconsistency, and is motivated by income and performance. Positions are limited as we build out this market, and we are hiring now for immediate impact.
